Gel polish chipped and few nail polish came off a day later😞. Really disappointed

My appointment was with Hillary, who I met w/briefly to explain what I wanted and even showed her a picture. After all that she handed me off to one of staff and I never saw her again. My partial highlights are not at all similar in size. Some are very fine which is what I wanted but three sections are extremely thick, not at all what I wanted. In addition, my haircut was not even. Never again!!

THIS PLACE WAS HORRENDOUS. WAITED 40 minutes to get hair done. Did not listen to a single word I asked, chopped all of my hair off completely uneven. Curled my hair with a thick flat iron creating horrendous curls (if you can even call them that). This place is awful I wish I could get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. completely unprofessional. One of my friends even left crying.

We apologized for your unpleasant experience at our facility . While we are always trying to please everyone but we know we cannot please everyone . We also have no recollection EVER have any cried at our salon . Perhaps your are mistaking us from another place . Our communication and customer service with our clients is always a MUST and priority . H

The cut was okay, not the best I’ve ever had. The root touch up was horrible. Had to go to another salon and pay $100 to have it redone.
