The owner had no appointments available for the last day of my Groupon so hence I could not use it and she would not expend the offer date at all. Hence I lost my savings.
She said she would only allow the $22.00 paid to go towards my service and charge me the difference which would be 18 dollars. I had 2 of these Groupons and she also would not allow me to combine them.
I understand the rules, but as she had no appointments available, I feel she could have made accomodations.

The stylist who done my hair was very good, however i was expecting for Cassandra Olivia to be my stylist. I like to look at the stylist work before I arrive, i looked at Cassandra work and not the stylist i was assigned to. I think it should be made clear that Cassandra may not be your stylist when buying the groupon
