Lovett Dental and Splendid Dental Care, Beaumont

Was not able to get my teeth cleaned waste of time 2 days in a row. First day equipment didn’t work. Next day came back only to be told my teeth couldn’t be cleaned.

My original appointment was for 11:30am. Fortunately I had flexibility the day of and they asked me to come back at 2:30pm. Immediately instead of doing the x-ray first the doctor examined my teeth only to try and upsell me to get crowns on another day. My molars are fine nothing wrong with them. Because I was there 6 months before they didn't think it was necessary to get x-rays but I insisted since that's what I paid for. They didn't even discuss the x-rays either. I also forgot to ask about it. What should have been like a 45 min appointment ended up 1hr 1/2. I just wanted to leave. Didn't bother to see the bogus crown job they estimated either.

Terrible! These people have not redeemed the Groupon Voucher and sent me a bill! Accounting is working on it...but give me a break!
