Karen was great and made me very comfortable for my first ever wax. I didn’t feel awkward once the whole time. It was relatively pain free, well, as pain free as ripping a bunch of hairs from your lady area can be.

Very nice person but told me she would have problems doing my Brazilian waxing because I used retinol on my face. She said it would irritate the spots where she waxed. Even if I only used it on my face. Did a really bad waxing job. Very long hairs left behind. Told me I would have to come in again to get cleaned up. Never had this ever with any other Brazilian waxing I have had done.
