Maddie guides a 90-minute yoga practice expertly, incorporating stretching, strengthening and mindfulness elements. I like her friendly, gentle voice for the relaxation parts, and the way she responds to requests from participants for specific types of movements, e.g., shoulder or hip work. Even without Groupon, her classes are well priced.
