This is a gym. That really cares about your experience. I had some physical limitations and the trainers took the time to find the best fit for me and teach me how to modify the moves that would cause pain. I cannot recommend them enough and actually signed up to be a regular member as a result of my experience. They're awesome!!

I love this place, it's really the HIIT workout that I've been looking for. I've done everything when it comes to workouts, including those awful crossfit places. This is the first place to make me feel like I'm actually getting a workout, I thought I was in shape but not quite:) I have a long way to go as I can barely keep up right now and I'm sore all over, it'll be great to see where I am in a month. The class size stays small and the music is loud so no one can hear you cry :)

This review is for the 5 punchcard and I did the bootcamp classes ( battlestation & circuit) Pro: - Good staff member (high energy) - Friendly members -Class size ( never more than 25 at least for the 5:45AM) - Ample parking spots at least 5:45am - full body workout - can schedule online - schedule of classes available at a month view Con - class time/variety (look at their schedule online) -space is outdated/shared with another company so it is ok clean -orientation: there should just be a video orientation since it is mostly walk thru of space and how to check in -not super beginner friendly ( see note) Note: Not a lot of instruction or guidance for people new to fitness, so if you are new to working out the 5 pass classes might not be good for you. You might want personal training or maybe TRX where the instructor is showing you all the moves. Bootcamp is good for people who can be independent and are familiar with equipment. With bootcamp there are multiple stations and each station has a white board that tells you what to do like (pile squats 50x or skater jumps 20x, 40 Y fly, 30 fly jacks ) so if you dont know what those moves are you are out of luck or find the instructor but unfortunately each station is timed. The workout on the board is made that morning/day of and not share online so you can't prepare.
