The service was awful. We constantly waited for our drinks to be refilled. Nobody attended our table after we were seated and ordered our food. We had to waive and yell across the room to get service. We had to mix our own ahi tower. Horrible horrible service. Our server was rude and it seemed as if we just bothered her.

The atmosphere was very odd. Although modern and sleek inside, the music was older and a very odd mix. It consisted of country, pop and electronic stuff in the few minutes that I waited for my to go order. It left me confused and uncomfortable and I would not have stayed in the restaurant long if I had been eating in.

When participating with Groupon either honor all of your stated requirement or none of them - when I called to book reservations you said it wasn't necessary, when I said we had two Groupons, two families and needed two tables, you said it wasn't necessary we could sit anywhere that Tuesdays were busy - when we arrived, staff showed us a two-table configuration your staff put together then you would not honor both Groupons resulting in an additional cash outlay of $50 and requiring us to return to this congested, no parking establishment. After 10 minutes of debate, the issue made it up to management, I spent another 10 minutes explaining how I had followed every requirement noted on the Groupon to which staff said 'wasn't necessary' then penalized us for not following the One Groupon per table rule' --- finally we got a refund. We will not go back, will not recommend to others - next $80 we spend on sushi will go elsewhere.

The location close to Western Center is the one I've been to plenty of times and love. The one downtown had hard to find parking and poorly prepared sushi rolls. Had to send a tuna roll bavk twice because they didn't know how to make it right.
