Only one staff member spoke English so I couldn't communicate much. One person washed my hair, then another person took me to another room and put me under a dryer where I was forgotten about, then the person who cut my hair (the one I could communicate with) was shown pictures of the long layer I was asking for but somehow gave me a mullet instead. That night I had my husband recutting my hair to fix it because I was too upset to go back to that place.
