I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I had a difficult time finding the location so I ended up missing the appointment. She rebooked me the next day but instead of greeting me she lectured me on the importance of being at appointments 10minutes before. After the service she demanded 15% tip based on the full price service and waited until I sent her more money on cash app.

Jessica, you must learn to appreciate what you was own favor from anybody. I was waiting for your service that was late 15 minutes when I called you and you said you will be only 5 minutes, then 15 more minutes you called back and said you got lost., then 15 more minutes you still not show. Remember your service was only 30 minutes but you was late almost 1 hour. I let you come for the next day, why you are not appreciate and just want to complain? you don't know how to tip ?then I just explain to you. please learn how to appreciate, it is not hard!

I surprised my husband with a 1 hour Deep Tissue Massage from Cindy and he came out feeling AMAZING!! He said she really knew where to pin-point when he explained to her what was bothering him. He went in feeling pretty terrible and sore from work, and came out a new man feeling rejuvenated ♥️ Cindy is a miracle worker!
