Filling tables is an easy task at Dim Sum Factory. The menu lists more than 120 dishes, including everything from shareable small plates to heartier, entree-sized portions. And as long as there's room on the table, servers will continue to bring plates of pork dumplings, vegetable egg rolls, spicy curried squid, pan-fried turnip cakes, chicken feet with kabocha squash, and other classic dim sum to patrons.

Traditional, pan-regional flavors dominate the menu, although Dim Sum Factory's dining area features a sleek, contemporary aesthetic. Large photographs of freshly steamed dumplings, gleaming woks, and antique-style tea sets adorn the walls, adding splashes of color amidst the space's rich woodwork and neutral earth tones. A glass-enclosed kitchen allows diners to watch as chefs cook and whittle fresh pairs of chopsticks.
