Guacamole on the California Burger was horrible. I'd never been here before and probably won't come back. And your restaurant advertises that it's products are fresh - I swear the guacamole was from a can - I couldn't even taste avacado in it.

Upon arrival, I was informed the Groupon does not cover any sales tax, so even when the total bill came to $20.77, I have to pay add'l 2.xx to cover the tax. The customer service skills for the cashier was extremely lacking, there was no smiles to the service.

hamburgers are very juicy so when wrapped in the paper the bun gets really soggy...maybe something at the bottom to help collect this juice?

Just a tad on the expensive side for fast food, but quality is good enough to warrant it.

I was dining with my wife, and our meals were brought out seperately. It would be better if they could be brought out together.

From Our Editors

Not much has changed since Lovie Yancey opened the first Fatburger in 1952. Since then, the chain has expanded, but the food has stayed the same: 100% USDA lean beef burgers grilled to order and hand-scooped ice-cream shakes. Each restaurant stays true to Yancey's vision, even down to retro-influenced digs with jukeboxes blasting old school favorites designed to make listeners flash enthusiastic thumbs-up signs. Inside the kitchen, cooks stack burgers from 2.5-ounce burgers to 24-ounce triple burgers on toasted regular or gluten-free buns as fresh onions crisp inside fryers filled with cholesterol-free oil. Diners can also enjoy Fatburger’s signature chili made with a secret blend of herbs and spices or milkshakes topped with dollops of whipped cream that resemble fluffy, white clouds shaped like marshmallows.
