Was greetes with a smile. It was my first time trting yoga, so she helped me of where i should be to best see instructor. Very friendly and an awesome class!

Hot floor and inferred lights but ceiling fans circulate air. Ask which section of room is cooler if needed. They recognized newer students and modified flow to accommodate new yogis. Memberships work at all locations except groupon. Schedule is online which is nice. I'm not new to hot yoga but didn't recognize much mention to keep hydrated. Drink lots of water before and after. Namaste!
