At first my visit wasn’t great, no one greeted me, my dog was extremely nervous and scared and very vocal about it. Eventually they acknowledged my existence and put us in a room and she calmed down. Once the vet came in it was a great experience. She was kind and knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed and at ease.

Dr. Rogers demonstrates great professionalism, yet very gentle with my dog Max and patient to answers my questions. The staffs at the counter are very helpful and cordial to me and Max too. It's been a pleasant experience for us on this first-time annual check-up visit.
