The place was closed when I arrived for my appointment. Not just for the day! Sign on the door says “temporarily”. Looks like no one had been there for a while. Probably no refund
from them or Groupon. I had left a phone message the day before to confirm my appointment but never got a call back. I know why now.

Do not come here. Absolutely awful customer service. I am still waiting to be seen and it’s been 55 minutes since my appointment time. The receptionist never offered an explanation, water, apology, just told me “she’s running late”. For a 10 am appointment there is no excuse. I drove an hour and a half to be here and rescheduling is not an option. Pretty upsetting Groupon experience.

I didn't think much of the office, it's pretty run down, and smells funny. But, the inside is remodeled and the staff is professional. And the nurse who did my injection was great, very skilled and I really hardly felt it.
