I am sorry your were not happy and that you bought this gift certificate without reading the details. The voucher is "not" for traditional massage at all nor a spa massage!!! It is for a clinical clothes on pain management protocol and specifically says what the session includes on the promo when purchasing it. The person who received the GC came dressed inappropriately after numerous communications on how do dress and what to expect. Even the health history form explains how to dress and emails and text messages as well. Trying to provide good customer service I rescheduled the session numerous time as the appointment kept conflicting with the recipient's schedule. I also tried to accommodate their request for what type of body work they wanted due to the fact it was a gift. I did not have to do that! The therapist is highly trained with many advanced certifications and is also an instructor. If they would have allowed the therapist to do what she specializes in, they might have gotten some relief. Unfortunately they can not please everyone, especially when something was bought without reading what it was for. We are really sorry about that!!!!

We did work with you rescheduling your sessions 3x's per your request. The 4th time you canceled with less then 45 minutes prior to the session because you haad something come up at work, so we did claim your groupon as instructed by Groupon for our cancellation policy that you agreed to when buying and when filling our the health form. It was to short notice to fill the spot or get another client to come in. Our hours, cancellation and reschedule policy is listed on the promo, voucher, our website and intake form. We are always able to get clients in but just not last minute or the same week because we have already previously book scheduled. What was left opened did not work for you.
