The staff was very accommodating. The Groupon that I purchased was for a party and came with drinks and ice cream. We were following up the arcade by going to Mallards for ice cream. Upon asking the Ruckus Room was happy to switch out the ice cream with nachos. This did not get each kid their own nachos, which was perfectly fine. But it got us 3 plates of nachos which was equivalent in cost.

Groupon misleading....makes it look like you would receive game play but it's just tickets to buy cheap toys at the end. Misleading. And games are a dollar each.
