The staff at Boscov’s Optical is very professional and concerned about the client. Customer service is clearly a priority! Deals were reviewed and time was taken to make sure that I was satisfied!!

They completely messed up my order a couple times. Gave me wrong frames and prescription. Also gave my progressives and bifocals which I do not have. Manager had no idea how to use the Groupon code. Didn't call me back when she promised to. Still don't have my glasses. Another worker is working to resolve the issue but I don't think I'll be getting glasses here again.

Go to the 5th Street Highway Boscov's! Annie was great, and helped me to figure out how to get the best for the deal. I
talked to a manager at the Bethlehem store who also sounded great. Berkshire mall said they would take the Groupon, but then tried to rip me off by charging me hundreds extra.
