Stephanie Mills, the owner of Simply Yoga, wants her studio to be a haven from the stress of the outside world. She invites students of all ages and fitness levels to her yoga classes, which work to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. The classes run the gamut from invigorating Vinyasa Flow classes that build core power, to relaxing candlelight restorative classes that utilize props to support the body.

Stephanie designed the studio itself to be a calming space. Cozy touches give the studio a welcoming vibe, including exposed-brick walls, a reclaimed barn wood reception desk, and glowing candles and aromatherapy diffusers that are tucked into nooks in the walls.
