At About Face Bootcamp, the trainers have all gone through their own fitness struggles, allowing them to sympathize with each student as they help them transform their external and internal image. About Face's various boot camps meet at locations all around Charlotte and cover distinct disciplines of fitness. Weekend Warrior classes involve Zumba training and cardio drills, and Powder Puff boot camps tackle a new workout every day and include obstacle courses, nutrition advice, and cardio and strength training.
