I have never experienced such an unprofessional person in my life. This person cancelled my appointment one hour before it started. Then when we agreed on a re-scheduled date/time and I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes before the start and did exactly what the instructions said to do which was to text letting them know I was there. Then 40 minutes goes by and NO response. It became pretty clear that the person was probably not even there and my appointment wasn’t happening. Seriously though? I mean to not even respond after a customer is literally waiting for you for their appointment is completely disgraceful behavior from a business. What kind of person does that? Not to mention I wasted $40 in Lyft just getting to and from there and it was all for nothing. This is completely unacceptable to waste a person’s time like this and whoever’s business this is should be ashamed of themselves. The most disgusting, disrespectful behavior I’ve ever experienced. I wish I saw the review before this one because it was absolutely spot on.

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT. She is completely unreliable. She twice rescheduled my appointment and then, after I came at an agreed upon time (to a location 40 minutes from my home), did not show up and stopped returning texts, totally ghosting me. Unbelievably unprofessional. I had to seek a refund from Groupon (which Groupon readily provided - they were great).
