Car was not cleaned ! Then on top of that associate said I had to pay an additional $25 to get the seats really cleaned.

Very dissatisfied with service. Customer service was marginal at best. The guy could give 2 f***ks about the customer. Felt like i was interrupting him from doing nothing. Got a vaccum and that was basically it. The voucher was for a full interior detail and seats and carpet to be shampooed. Didnt happen, just left and will never return nor reccommend this place. Glass was never cleaned...

Thank you for your feedback. As our policy states, excessively dirty interiors will be charged additional. Your vehicle had heavy stains that would have taken additional work.

Be aware! Do not bother with this company! This guy Brian is a SCAMMER! All he did was vacuum & wipe down. He did not do even half the things advertised. He was rude & did not like the fact that I purchased the service through Groupon. He does not pride himself on his work & I would never recommend his company to anyone needing detailing!

Thanks for your concerns. All our policy and procedures are the same for each customer. If you had issues with the services, we weren't made aware of any concerns after services were complete. Apologies if you didn't understand the terns.
