Bought Groupon for eyelash services. When I called to make an appointment they informed me that they no longer offered that service. They took my name and phone number down to look into refunding me for the Groupon. It has been about a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Very unprofessional, will not go back again.

Awful don't go here. They will redeem your Groupon before you go to your appointment. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I took BART all the way from the city to here and a bus and then they wouldn't let me see the technician and redeemed my Groupon eventhough I've been calling their line all day to know if their business is open because their answer machine had a

The woman who did my lashes did amazingly and was very sweet I just was not aware about the time limit when I asked for the longest possible lashes because I ended up with very long thin (not enough to cover all of my lashes volume wise) so I felt a little naked afterwards.
