This tire shop was a disaster the manager was rude and insisted on a extras said needed also a 4 wheel balancing at $60 plus tax I bought a 4 wheel alignment with 4 wheel tire rotation and I don’t feel was done correctly wouldn’t let me in area where car was was done in 20 minutes argued longer about needing tire rotation which he insisted I needed which was done 2 days prior very dishonest shop!

CUSTOMER COMPLAINED ABOUT A WHEEL SHAKE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS . HE WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE TIRE BALANCING WAS HIS ISSUE NOT AN ALIGNMENT . WE DID A TREAD DEPTH READING ON THE TIRES AND THE REAR TIRES WERE BETTER. A VERY UNIFORMED CONSUMER. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SHOP BECAUSE OF INSURANCE REGULATIONS.
