Go in to make the appointment, that way you can fill out all the forms at home, where, face it, most of your records are.

very poor management, very rude to people, and manager on site doesn't like to hear out and likes to speak up. I will not use this place or recommend to anyone using this place with groupon

entire staff was very nice, however, my appointment was @ 245p and was not seen until 310pm. Other than the wait it was a very nice appointment.
