Krav Maga is a self-defense method designed to prepare people of all fitness and experience levels how to defend against street assault, multiple assailants, and other threats. During the hour-long classes at this 5,000-square foot fitness facility, instructors guide groups through tactical strikes, kicks, and how to get away as safely and quickly as possible. The X Gym offers other classes such as Cardio-X, a fitness class that includes bag work, punching, and kicking, and Ground Tactics, a grappling-oriented no-gi class. The facility also offers a full weight and cardio training gym, and The X Gym's instructors are all certified, experienced, and community-oriented.
