First of all, let me say the car was cleaned quite thoroughly. I am very meticulous and detailed, and I was quite happy with how clean it was (there were still bits of debris on hard to reach places, but not a lot really), but what kills the stars is the AWFUL service. It was VERY hard to make an appointment with them. I called, and someone picked up, said "I will call you back, I'm with a customer", I said yes and they never called back. I texted and called, took two days for someone to reply me. After arranging a job date, I advised Pearson, who was going to clean my car, that I would want to observe the car after the cleaning to make sure it's up to my standard. He agreed and confirmed that it's company policy to advise customers to do a walkthrough to confirm that they are happy with the job. On the day, Pearson came 30 minutes late, and after the job was done, I said I was going to do the walkthrough now. He started yelling at me, saying "You Groupon customers are the worst!". Umm.. OK... you initially agreed, and in fact, told me, that it was company policy to ask the customer to do a walkthrough to make sure that the car is up to their standard, and now you're telling me you don't have time and that Groupon Customers are the worst??? Well, I always buy groupon to "try out" services, to see which services is worth my money in the long run, and clearly yours is not.
