What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Vibe takes pride in offering classes that are both technically and physically challenging. Joseph Pilates created the Pilates practice with tremendous regard for the integrity of movement. At Vibe we believe in the importance of moving mindfully as you push your limits physically.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Vibe uses a variety of equipment to keep each class unique! We use the reformer, Exo chair, Springboard, TRX, BOSU ball, weights & more to ensure that you will never have the same workout twice. You will experience improved strength & control by keeping the body challenged in new and exciting ways!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Mother-daughter duo Lynn and Carly fell in love with the strength, tone and control they gained with a regular practice of Reformer Pilates. Vibe was created to bring Reformer Pilates to the greater community and to build a Pilates community in the Berkeley area.
