Short staffed. Kept pushing for me to get the toner for an extra charge even though I assured them my hair takes well without it! And it did! Jessica did not talk the entire time. She did however massage my head at the end, dried my hair as well as styled it which is why there are 2 stars and not one. Per picture, you can see that there are way more highlights on the one side of my head!!

I was told I needed toner, which was an extra 50 dollars on top of the Groupon. It is definitely worth it to go straight there and not using Groupon. It’s 130 for full highlight, toner, and gloss, but on Groupon its 100 for the full highlight and gloss then extra 50 for toner (150 total). They did a nice job, but they made my hair look a lot different than the picture I showed. Pics attached.
