With 15 years of experience under his palms and elbows, Tom shares the muscle-mending techniques that have kept him active and running.
An expert in a range of massage modalities, Tom can customize massages to accommodate each client’s individual issues by blending strokes from Swedish, deep-tissue, and other styles. Whereas localized soreness may require elements of focused or deep-tissue massage, general tension can abate under the far-ranging strokes of Swedish massage, or if clients lay in a body-length box full of whale songs.
