On 9/9, Matt and his team arrived on time and were extremely professional. They took the time to walk through the layout of my home and put together a clear plan before starting any major work. What impressed me most was that Matt provided a full breakdown of the costs up front, so there were no surprises or hidden fees. we didn't even do the job for you. when we showed up, you were gutting the house and had people of the roof tearing it off. we were unable to set up and do the job at that time and told you to call us to reschedule when you were down remolding. We have been in business in Pittsburgh PA. since 2006.

We are sorry you feel that way. The price was 51.00 to clean out 10 vents, 1 return and 1 main. Also came with a furnace inspection. The groupon clearly stats exactly that. The groupon also stats exactly what is additional outside of the groupon. We also went over that with you when you booked your appointment. The tech went over what he recommended to clean the system out correctly. You chose to stick with only what the groupon covered and thats exactly what we did for you. No pressure to do anything outside of the groupon. It was your decision. Have a nice day.

I had my air vents/ducts cleaned by Ventilation Purification and I am thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team arrived on time, were professional, and took the time to explain the cleaning process. They were incredibly thorough, making sure to clean every vent and duct in my home. I noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality, and the house feels fresher overall. I will definitely be calling them again when it's time for maintenance!
