Apparently these people don’t understand what is a freaking food allergy! All they say is I’ll give you credit for another day. Simple minded answer! I’m hungry now not later or another day. I highly recommend to stay away from this establishment, go somewhere where they understand the food industry. What a disappointment in Bethesda!

Interesting. You had a hamburger, Voted Best in Bethesda by Bethesda Magazine, Our House Special Roast Chicken and Fried Calamari and Onion Rings. Don’t think we have ever had complaints about those items. Which item in particular was not to your liking? Was the service also lacking? I noticed you left less than a 10% gratuity which might indicate a problem as well

Ordered by phone, told to come in 20 minutes. Got there and waited an additional 30 minutes while several people who came in after me were serviced. Ordered seasonal vegetables as a side. Got home to find they charged $7 for a small amount of broccoli. When questioned, I was told they were out of seasonal vegetables. Told them they should've told me about making a substitute. Won't return there.
