Look for the combination barbq special. Don't be put off by the appearance of the pizza place

Although the pork sandwich I had was very good, it was not worth $11.00. The price from the food truck for this same item is $10.00, which I judge the fair price to be $8.00. The sandwich is a la carte.

Wouldn't of known where to find it had I not read the Yelp reviews. The food prices were raised my guess is because of the Groupon. Pulled pork was very dry and couldn't taste the sauce at all. Not impressed and a rip off w/ or w/o the Groupon.

Your twitter feed is behind schedule, which can make you hard to find. I just lucked out that I was able to find you in my area that day. In my estimation, it's best to send out the location tweet by 11:30 at the latest. That might just be me, though.

although I arrived at Potomac before 1PM, they were out of most meats. The only choice was pulled pork -- fortunately I really like pulled pork. And it was very good. I also like the beans with beef. Hope that next time I can try the brisket.

From Our Editors

Carnivore BBQ pit master Steve Adelson says good barbecue is an art and a science and has been feature on the cover of City Paper. It all starts with dry rubs. The pork gets a simple rub before entering the smoker, eventually emerging tender, juicy, and rimmed with an unmistakable smoke ring. The meats are piled onto an Uptown Bakery bun and slathered with homemade barbecue sauce available in five different flavors. Carnivore BBQ now features four active DC food trucks.
