Luxoptics and Eyeland, Chevy Chase

The sales lady was very patient and took our needs into consideration, including our desire to keep price down for the new set of prescription glasses. The only minor problem is that she forgot that we gave her a Groupon voucher, which, unbeknownst to us limited our choice to one brand. But we did manage to find a pair of glasses in that ONE brand. For us it worked out, but if you want to chose more than one brand you may not want to purchase this voucher. That being said, I would recommend this store to friends and neighbors.

The woman who worked there explained to me, with genuine regret, that the deal I purchased was not mapped out the way I interpreted it... which was very upsetting to me, since I had lenses ready for me at one place, but needed a pair of frames from somewhere else (because the lenses place had none that would fit me, neither my size nor style preference). The sincere Luxoptics girl made a deal with me, however, so that I could exercise my incredible Groupon deal and get what I came for. She went out of her way to help me find a frame that fit my face, was within the budget of my Groupon, made by a respectable label (surprise!) and, despite how picky I was (am) the frames were exactly what I was looking for. I received great service from the female worker. She has thorough knowledge of which frames fit facial sizes and lenses.
