"Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the confusion with the event tonight. Our event staff was running late due to issues finding a parking spot and there was a miscommunication with the venue staff who thought the event was canceled. Once the host had arrived there were not enough people to continue the event as planned. I understand your frustration with the event and I apologize again for the inconvenience this caused. We will be issuing a credit to those registered for tonight's event to attend another event. When you see an event you would like to attend just email us here and we will get you registered. Again, our apologies for the night."
