technician not very friendly..The only shop I've been to that wouldn't remove a couple of old lashed that hadn't fell out. I also felt rush out.

I really wanted to like Yumi but I don't think she cares about customer service. The first time I can it was okay, the second time I cam in for a fill she was late and rushed me out because her regular client came in on her lunch break. The disappointing thing ever is that the eye lashes were not individually placed, it was all clumped up which created problems for my natural eye lashes.

I am not hard to please. I bought the set and three refills. I didn't like feeling like a "Groupon customer" with limited availability of appt times. This is my second time putting eyelashes on so I don't have that much experience... but the lashes just didn't seem right..

She spent the entire first visit telling me how much she hated Groupon and Groupon customers. I had to see her again on my last fill she applied the least amount of lashes I ever have received. It's only been a few days and I have two lashes left on my left eye. The worst eye lash extension experience I have had in years of getting the service. Don't go to her, you will regret it.
