On 3/21/2024, I purchased the following Groupon: "$161 for Keratin Treatment or Brazilian Blowout from Helen Nassib at Nelson J Salon ($350 Value)". I went to Nelson J salon on 4/18/2024 and was asked by Helen Nassib if I wanted a keratin treatment or a Brazilian blowout. I specifically request a Brazilian blowout which requires the use and techniques of the brand called "Brazilian blowout" (https://www.brazilianblowout.com/). I could not see the product that Helen Nassib applied but I could tell it wasn't the original branded Brazilian blowout product as the smell is very strong & distinctive and it was not the same. Her technique was also unusual and different than what should be done typically as well. The results were not the same, nor good at all and I am 100% convinced she did not give me the service I requested and paid for. I have done Brazilian blowouts for over ten years and this was not one for sure. Don't waste your money there!!
