Mintra was fantastic and very detailed, spent the time explaining the process which was a very effective. The dermaplaning and LED worked wonders. Thank you!

Don’t bother! It’s not worth your time or $$. Came home and saw so much hair on my face. She lathers you up with potions and lotions thinking your getting something thing special. Don’t waste your time.

Overall I'm still waiting to see the results of this facial as I got radiofrequency which is a collagen boosting facial that you don't really start to see the results of until a month or so after. So I'll mostly be reviewing the experience at the salon.. I will say that the two ladies I interacted with were incredibly kind and so sweet! The radio frequency facial itself was very soothing, the nurse walked me through the benefits of it and she really took her time to focus on my more problem areas with the radio frequency wand. It was just 30 minutes of radio frequency with no other aspects to the facial. What was odd to me is that after I was done with the radio frequency and still had the gel on my face, I was handed some products and told that I could now wash my own face and apply serums / moisturizers. I thought it was really strange to be washing my own face at a facial?? I asked for a towel and the woman gave me a box of tissues. So I was supposed to wash my own face in a ratty sink and then use tissues to dry off? Then as for the products they gave me (to put on myself), I mentioned that I had sensitive skin and she told me they were medical grade products so that shouldn't be an issue. So I tried them out and sure enough broke out all over my face right away - NOT the way I wanted to be leaving a relaxing facial... I looked at the ingredients and the products they gave me had fragrance added - so not sure why that would be recommended for sensitive skin or how that can make them medical grade? I will say the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and provided me with a real towel to wash my face again following the incident and then applied a salve to my skin to help calm it down. She was very sweet. Unfortunately I don't know if I'll be coming back here as I did think it was so strange to have been washing my own face and applying my own products at the end of the facial.. They could have just wiped the gel from my face with a hot towel and called it a day and that would have been better? Hopefully I'll see the results from the RF facial in a month or so to make this all worth it!
