What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Offering Pre-License and Continuing Education for the Real Estate Industry. Our approach is engaging and question based, allowing students to ask questions based on experiences in the industry or scenarios where they weren’t certain of the answer. Our instructors are certified and experienced, a total of 40 plus years of knowledge to draw from. Using real life scenarios and stories, we can bring the state required material to life demonstrating the real world application of the subject matter.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The school was founded by Attorney Robert Guida in response to the demand for more classes locally and tailored to serve the unique needs of real estate offices & individuals looking to enter the field.

What do you love most about your job?

All teachers love hearing from past students and witnessing the greatness they achieve. The best in-class moment is when you see the light-bulb "go on" in a students head and know they now understand the concept or materials being taught.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

I remember a student was so excited she passed the exam on her first try that she Facetime me from the testing site singing out loud & doing her "happy dance." It doesn't get much better than that.
