Susan Goldberg! I came in to see you for Botox injections for my forehead, around eyes, and nose areas. I express myself pretty clear, and repeated 2-3 times that I wanted to completely eliminate the wrinkles there. Instead of listening to me and inject the right locations, you were too excited and busy trying to sell me the other product/services. You were trying it too hard, that you ignored the spots, and forgot that I was asking to leave 2-3 units for the upper lip area. My advice is listen to your clients more, remember what they ask for, and talk less. It will make wonders! I am selling one of the most prestigious cars in the world, and make great money only because I am a great listener, and hear what my client want. The rule in sales is LISTEN MORE SPEAK LESS.
