Solace Hot Yoga And Barre's certified each instructor teach the blends of Bikram and Vinyasa yoga. Their approach incorporates static poses, energetic music, and temperatures ranging from 100 to 105 degrees. In addition to expelling toxins from the body, the heat keeps muscles limber for safe stretching. Regular practice can foster increased energy, improved focus, and weight loss. On Fridays, instead of taking a baseball bat to their work computers, participants celebrate the end of the week with an ice-cold popsicle after class. They also offer fun and free-flowing hot yoga and hot barre classes that focus on poses and stretches.
Heated Burn at the Barre class gives you a full-body workout using light weights, planks, squats, and ab work to give you a long, lean frame and dancer's build. Their workouts will make your legs shake, challenge your endurance, and put control to the test, all while focusing on proper form and body alignment to avoid strain and injury. They turn up the music and heat (approx. 80 degrees).
