Haven't been to the classes yet, but the manager that I tried to register for classes with was rude both on the phone and through email. Just not good customer service. Also, they made it very confusing which classes could be attended and changed last minute stating some locations did not want to participate. Even if the classes are good, I would not want to attend based on customer service.

Love the Definity class (especially when there is music). Very few options to find one that hadn't been going for a while. Would have liked to start at beginning and pay for additional sessions.
