Enjoyed my experience. Facility was clean, peaceful. Staff very knowledgeable when answering questions that I had. I have recommended to friends.

I was met by the manager at the desk, she explained how the infrared wrap worked and the simple steps to an hour of calming warmth. The "bed" is a cross between a comfortable lounge chair and a massage table. I have experienced an infrared sauna, but this was so much more. Warming deeply without the heat on your head, listening to my music with headphones, I did want the hour to end. I didn't even recognize just how much this simple experience would result in such a sweat. Later in the day, I felt better than having a 90 minute hot stone massage. You must try this service. I will be coming back again this week!
