Mr. Houston, I'm sorry you feel as though you didn't get what you paid for. However, your wife is incorrect. Everything she reported is not true. The floors were cleaned and mopped. The pads on your stairs were vacuumed and the hardwoods were mopped. We never refused to clean the shower. To be honest, we cleaned it and explained to your wife why the soap scrum could not be removed. I also told her what to use on the shower and the tile to help burn off the soap scum and keep it from returning. Soapscum is something that builds up over time, and if you do not clean regularly, no one-time cleaning will remove it. Perhaps you should have shared the cleaning checklist with your wife that you reviewed before you purchased the voucher. Then she would have known that we do not change bed linens, make beds, pick-up clothing from the floors, fold clothing to get to the areas to be cleaned, remove used diapers scattered about, declutter countertops, or remove bags of trash from your home to the garbage bin outside. We did all of this at no charge because she had recently had a baby. In reality, what your home needed then and needs now is a deep cleaning, which you did not pay for. Maybe after we left, your wife let the dog back in and he/she trampled your floors and shredded hair on your stairs. Next time you purchase a discount cleaning, be honest with yourself about the condition of your home. That way you won't expect a miracle from a two-hour cleaning. Thank you!
