D’Clase Salon rules make appointment, ok I made an appointment a month in advance. I contacted the salon the owner, she tells me that she no longer accepts the groupon due to her assistance leaving that she only did that for her assistance to make money. However, she stated she didn’t have a choice and that she will see me but her prices were 200.00 and above. I got to my appointment 15 minutes earlier and waited about 7 minutes to sit on another chair for 30 minutes before she had another lady apply my color. I asked her if I was going to be finished before 3:30 she stated yes yes I will be done. My appointment was for 1:00 it was 3:30 and I was still waiting for my color. She cut my hair and I left with my hair wet. She didn’t apologize for not finishing my hair or asked me to come back to finish my style. Terrible customer service.
