They had to reschedule about 3 times, but communicated everything very well. When they came out to clean the gutters, they were very thorough and polite. They cleanup up after themselves too.

Very dishonest and not at all satisfied. The tech Antoine knocked over a wax burner that was in a wall outlet and spilt wax all over my cream colored carpet ( did not mention a word to me)When he left I went in my bedroom to find red wax all over the carpet and baseboard as well as the top missing and wax on my bathroom counter. Attached are the pictures of the wax spill by the Technician Antoine. He never informed me of this and the top of the burner is missing. He tried to tell his manager Michelle that my 10 lb dog was chasing him ( which is a lie) my dog was sitting next to be on the couch the whole time. I find it rude and disrespectful to lie to a customer. Looks like he tried to clean it up with The wax being on my bathroom counter. I also upcharged for extra services. This is the way you treat your customers?
