Did not delivered the haircut that was requested. Will go somewhere else. Money wasted. .

First off I hate writing bad reviews!. Karen was a very lovely person but my hair did not come out great. The highlights were not into the roots they start about a quarter inch down and some are much thicker than others. For haircut I asked just clean it up with trim and subtle layers. The layers cut are very short, choppy and uneven. I unfortunately now need get my hair fixed elsewhere
