I called multiple times to set up an appointment and never got a call back. No one ever answered the phone. Needless to say I NEVER got my massage!!
They don't answer their phone or return messages so making an appointment is impossible. My Groupon expired because I could not get in contact with them.
Horrible service. Veronica burned my eye lids after changing glued without notifying me. She will not return my calls, emails, or texts for 2 weeks. I haven't even completed all of my sessions and requested a credit of $120 which she will not acknowledge . She also hasn't apologized or seemed all the bit concerned. I was on antibiotics and steroids to rid the reaction and infection .

She stole $100 out of my bank account and refuses to refund me the money even though over email twice she told she refunded the amount and also was going to send me a check in the mail. Neither ever happened. Horrible and unprofessional business woman to deal with. I wouldn't trust her at all.

From Our Editors
Veronica Lugo was introduced to massage after sustaining injuries in a car accident. As part of her therapy, Lugo went to a chiropractor's office to receive clinical massages and experienced first-hand the healing properties of therapeutic bodywork. Wall sconces cast a warm circle of ambient light inside her treatment room, where Lugo puts her massage license, continuing education in clinical techniques, and spring-loaded extra arms to good use. She prefers to root out chronic aches by helping her clients over an extended period of time. "Ideally it's best that they do massage regularly, at least once a month," she says. "I like it when they come in regularly so I can actually see how it helps."
