The staff is young and not very welcoming. I went twice in the month of December and each girl I had didn’t say one word to me except what are we doing to your hair today. Literally that was it. Although they talked to each other. They need to work on there customer service big time! I’m in the industry and they should be embarrassed!

West End Blast closed, so I had to go downtown. The gal that did my hair wasn't friendly, and my hair only looked so-so. disappointed, and will never go back.
