No one was there when I arrived. Had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up. He barely explained the results then shooed me out of there because the next client showed up. Find a different place to get a dexa scan. Not professional, nor friendly nor knowledgeable.

Regarding your arrival and the wait time, I want to specifically address our operating hours for clarity. Our center opens at 9:30 AM and we make it a point to start our appointments promptly at this time, which was the case with your appointment. If you arrived before our opening time, I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused, as we are not in the office before our posted hours. We understand how important punctuality is and always aim to respect the schedules of all our clients. I regret if this aspect of our scheduling was not communicated clearly to you in advance. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our communication about operating hours and ensure a seamless experience for our clients from the moment they arrive.
Your concerns about the explanation of your DXA report are also taken very seriously. As someone who has personally conducted over 8,000 scans and provided training nationwide, I assure you that the quality and clarity of information we provide are paramount. However, I understand that every client's needs are different, and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your results in more detail or address any questions you might still have.
