We stayed for two nights. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There was a shuttle service to the mall of America which we used one day. The room was older and in need of updates as was the bathroom. However, the shower was awesome and the hotel is actually in a convenient and easy to get to location.

Ice machine is on floor 3. Some channels didn't come in on the tv. The view was great.
